Purpose, consistency, discipline and alignment. Because the divine makes things fall into place when we truly surrender and let go. I am writing this post to celebrate my recent successes in coaching and fitness. I would never imagine to be where I am today 5 years ago. So with by my choices I make today I build myself for the next five years. I imagine and visualize by 2030 and will remember when all these seemed impossible. I overcame so many insecurities throughout my journey with Triathlon and Gym. Not only exercise support me to be a High-Performer. But something that changed my life and my perception of the world and people.

My love for the Gallup Strength Finder
According to the Gallup Strengths finder my number one strength is input which means I love gathering knowledge. I’m always excited to learn more about Coaching, High-Performance, Wellbeing and self-development as well as getting knowledge for my blogging journey with Unlimited Adventurer.
My second is Belief, because I have core values that will follow me for the rest of my life. My journey from my childhood to adult life offered and defined me a purpose which is to help others. Helping people to unlock their potential, increase in performance, purpose and goals by using coaching as a compass toward success.
This comes to my third strength which is Maximiser. Because Rome has not been built in one day! I always seek small improvements in my life no matter how small they are through exercise, knowledge or anything else that can support me. Coaching is a mean to put this strength into action by genuine connections with a diversity of incredible Human beings. Empowering people is my identity and who I am.
Belief+Maximiser= My mission on Earth
Final thoughts
The more I learn about my strengths the better I understand myself. A friend of mine recently told me about something even her boyfriend didn’t know about. Something about coaching always been part of my life as well as my strengths. My strengths always been part of who I am but awareness is the key to amplify them and learning how to leverage from them. Living by my strengths has completely changed my life and who I want to become and my vision. My daily purpose driven actions lead me to that vision to become a reality.
Something I’ve heard so often in podcasts is to surround yourself with positive people. Join communities of people who will inspire you, uplift you and challenge you. Because you are the average of the 5 people you spend most time with. There are many communities of people seeking to be their best selves. I aim to create a community of like-minded people too. But this community of people will be “My tribe”. In the future I see myself with my community of people doing retreats, workshops, presentations and coaching.
