Great minds walk alone and cherish the time spent on their own. Aside of connecting with people in working in hospitality and coaching. It’s not the absence of connections I spend my mornings and days off with my own company. To be honest with you these days I always train alone and not good at creating space with my relationships. I’m in a transition phase in my journey where so many things going on. Most of the time these phases we do mostly alone. Silence sharpens my truth. I am not lost, I am becoming. Relationships is one of the things we can’t control, they come and go, that’s life.
In building my business I am responsible of my own choices, no one will do it for me. No one will come to save me and I let go of the future that is uncertain and focus on slowly moving forward. Creating a community that will become “my tribe”.
Building a business is never easy when we start from scratch. It makes me humble and reveals my authenticity. Because it’s about who I am that will make me standout from other coaching businesses we can choose from. Silence, quietness and tranquillity are the fuel for great ideas.
Why solitude matters to me
I’m not afraid to be alone anymore, I came to London in 2019 with only 2 suitcases and no one came for me. London is my home now where I pursue my calling and purpose. In solitude I pause and reflect and walk in greenspaces, I go for run and swim. However I don’t feel empty, I always get great ideas as an ideation in my top 10 strengths. So I meet myself in realising my full potential and full truth. I am not on my own but with myself. I remember my voice and the person I’m becoming.
Also it’s about reflecting on who I am and my true values. Thinking Rome hasn’t been built in one day as well as the great Pyramid of Giza. Standing with full humility in front of the mountain to climb. I never take things for granted, never. Always learning about myself and self-growth. One step in the present, one step in the future, respect your past.

The Greatest walked alone
The greatest people who ever lived were masters of solitude. Solitude invited them to meet themselves without distraction or disguise. They found that it’s when intuition speaks, where the soul dreams without interruption. They walked and paved their paths in silence where clarity forms, where greatness begins.
Jesus went into the desert for 40 days not to flee, but to prepare.
Buddha sat alone under the Bodhi tree and awakened.
Leonardo da Vinci often isolated himself to create masterpieces beyond time.
Nelson Mandela spent 27 years in prison and emerged more powerful in spirit than ever.
Marcus Aurelius, Roman emperor, wrote meditations to himself alone in his tent during war.
Prophet Muhammad
Before receiving the revelations of the Qur’an, Muhammad often retreated in solitude to the Cave of Hira outside Mecca to meditate and reflect.
Nikola Tesla
The inventor and visionary spent long hours alone, walking and thinking in silence. He said: “The mind is sharper and keener in seclusion and uninterrupted solitude.”
Albert Einstein
Though a public figure, Einstein loved solitary walks and quiet thought. Many of his greatest breakthroughs came during moments of inner reflection.
Steve Jobs
His Zen practice, long walks, and creative solitude were vital to his innovation at Apple.
From isolation to illumination
As I’m walking on my journey I think about these great people. Of course without cutting relationships who matter to me. I do not completely vanish, I still love and I still care. Not to silence others, but to better hear what matters.
Healthy relationships regulate the nervous system, lift the mood and protect the heart. Even though, relationships are good for those, I stopped making efforts to create space outside of coaching, work… Unless some friends wish to create space where we can meet up, laugh, having fun… Even though relationships are good for health, they’re not always available when we want to share moments. I believe that’s where self-leadership begins. So I’ve stopped making efforts and decided to let go.
But I do care of my relationships by sending quotes and texting them of course. But at the moment I feel this isolation like a transitional period of my life.
Thinking about loads of ideas but also about my coaching style, business strategies… I see the path illuminating for me. To shine bright and showing up in the best best version of myself at work and coaching. But also about my dream to create a community that will become my tribe. I’m not a surface level guy but a seeker of genuine and deep connections with others.

Final words
Being alone away from the noise is where I meet myself with honesty. I do journaling and challenge my thoughts, walk and exercise. Not only away from the noise but also away from expectations. To be alone is not to be completely lonely. As I always crave from new connections and how we can benefit each other. To climb the mountain of success I believe this is an important part as well as building new relationships and connections.
I see relationships and connections to lift me higher and to challenge me. They all got something to teach me as a Human being. In that space of silence I learn that wholeness was never about others completing me. But discovering the mysteries within myself to unlock that potential I have within me.
Coaching is for me the mean to explore the mysteries and secrets we have within us. In a way to reach the top of the mountain to fulfil our purpose. Without connections with others you are doomed to fail. I would like to wrap up with this amazing quote from me.
In humble solitude, when the noise fades, the mind begins to hear the whispers of inspiration and creativity. It becomes a canvas for our boldest dreams. Like a seed in quiet soil, life blossoms.
