Becoming Who You’re Meant to Be

For a long time I’ve never known myself completely, and that was uncomfortable and hard to not move forward in my life. So when I really started to unlock and to figure out my potential by understanding my values, it became life changing. I’m gonna talk about values here and how you can figure out. Values are our essence and the invisible compass that guide our actions and choices. They’re not goals or achievements, they’re the principles that guide you and shape how your pursue goals.

Your values are your inner North star in life, like

  • Defining what truly matters
  • Building trust
  • Giving a direction

Since I started my journey, I had lack of trust of being aligned with who I am. I had fear of loosing my discipline. I struggled to trust my journey and figuring out what makes me happy that would take me onward and upward. It’s all about values that we all individually hold. So many people don’t understand their values and how they can bring them into life. By the way life starts with a seed planted in the soil. Watering the plant like showing up to your deepest aspirations to make them growing up. Life is full of lessons with its beauty.

Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom (Aristotle)

How did I figure out my values?

Like all of us I had and have periods of doubts, we doubt about how we’re gonna do this and that. To be honest I don’t know how I will achieve in 2026 despite having a clear vision. Even for the years ahead, but I have the deepest and strongest that things will happen. Last year I had a big period of doubt and I saw this as an opportunity for growth. So I wrote down what I was thinking and done a lot of journaling in exploring what’s going on. This helped me to see the good in time of crisis and by this approach I could think about realising my potential.

Overthinking is uncomfortable but this time I decided to pick my best thoughts and writing them down. This year I decided to let go of the process and being aware of my values that guide me no matter what. My Brain is programmed with where I put my intention on. The Gallup strength finder really supported me. Journaling and strengths was the start of all wisdom for me!

Let’s talk about my values!

It’s not about showing off here, it’s about you readers in order to unveil myself in knowing me better. These are my core values I would like to share with you to help you to understand me better.

  • Growth and Mastery: I have a deep commitment in evolving in my life. Not just achieving goals but becoming more. I focus on intentional living and value learning and growing through experience, reflection and challenge.
  • Authenticity: I often explore what’s real in my emotions, connections or purpose. I seek to live in alignment with my truth. Coaching is about truth and authenticity. I love connecting with authentic people.
  • Connection: I value Human connection deeply. From meaningful conversations to moments of understanding. I care about creating bonds that nurture growth and mutual support, not superficial ties. For me connection is the bridge between souls and transformation.
  • Contribution: As an Input, belief and maximiser, Boom! I love bringing my contribution and sharing! I love meaningful work to make an impact. Serving something bigger than myself in helping others to thrive.
  • Freedom: I crave freedom, not just in discovering new places out of curiosity. But I crave freedom in spirit to explore, to express, to live without limitations. I see life as an adventure of consciousness. To live fully, I stay open and curious.
  • Peace: I value time for reflection and calm. I love contemplation and presence. I also value time alone to get inspirations, insights and creative power.
  • Adventure: Adventure, to me, is the compass that guides my journey. It’s the thrill of the unknown, the eagerness to explore uncharted territories, and the courage to step outside my comfort zone. It’s about embracing new experiences, learning from every twist and turn, and growing with each challenge overcome.

You are where you’re meant to be

I used to believe it’s too late for me to figure out and starting my calling. I was frustrated by my situation and wanted to rush things but the amor fati is such a great wisdom. Maybe it doesn’t look like you imagined.
Maybe it’s slower, messier, or quieter than you thought it would be.
But every step, every delay, every doubt is part of your becoming.

Life isn’t punishing you it’s preparing you.
The people who left made space for the ones who are meant to arrive. The doors that closed taught you to knock on the ones that truly align.
And the waiting… the waiting is shaping your patience, your strength, your faith. You are not behind.
You are learning what only this moment can teach you.
Trust that where you stand today is sacred ground even if it feels uncertain.
Because it’s here that your roots deepen.
It’s here that clarity begins to form.
And it’s here that the version of you who’s ready for more is quietly taking shape.

It’s about the truth within us to wrap up

Becoming what we’re meant to be is about remembering what’s already within us. It’s about honouring the unfolding. It’s about discovering your purpose and your mission on Earth. That truth we bear within us that would lead us to a certain destination and coaching is the revolution. This revolution will have a transformational effect in the world for the decades to come.

When do you feel most like yourself? Which values guide you? What habits, beliefs support your becoming? What kind of impact do you want to have in the world?

Thank you very much
